An old building adjacent to the American University of Science and Technology was acquired by the university as part of their expansion plan. IGM was hired to upgrade the building to public use with possibility to add two additional stories.
About 40 underpinning micropiles were done, some structural strengthening works with CFRP and reinforced concrete.
