A 16m deep excavation was ongoing with any shoring support in front of an existing building . The excavation failed partially exposing the fence of the road on the upper shoulder and showing cracks in the pavement by the building . IGM intervened and backfilled the excavation and implemented a well designed shoring system with micropiles , shotcrete and active anchors. The temporary shoring system was done successfully in record time and allowed the erection of the new residential building on site.
