The site is located in central Djibouti square, Lot#618. The project building will be a reinforced concrete structure with 1 basement and 8 upper floors including an attic.
The following was conducted by IGM:
1-Visit the site and document observations
2-Define level of Water
3-Perform in-situ and laboratory tests on soil samples
4-Provide soil description and parameters
5-Analyze the data
6-Review existing reports and investigation done by others.
7-Provide recommendations for the foundation systems.
8-Provide recommendations for the shoring systems.
9-Provide recommendations for future construction.
