Client: Raymond Saade Wall
The architect at this villa residence situated on a very steep slope , was seeking a better entrance. That new entrance requires an excavation adjacent to the existing main road , jeopardizing its safety. IGM opted to installing a permanent shotcrete / nailed shoring wall thus saving the construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall!
