A 3 story villa is to be built on Banana Island in Lagos Nigeria. The soil is underlain by a deep clay layer susceptible to consolidation settlement. IGM conducted a thorough settlement analysis was made a foundation system was designed utilizing deep piles in order to solve the problem. The execution was made by TREVI/Nigeria. In total 57 piles 0.6m in diamter were needed. These were varying in length from 18 to 36 meters deep.
